ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate (CNA) Certified Nurses Assistant in the Middletown, New York area to support medically fragile students for at least the remainder of the current 23/24 School Year.

Job Type:

• Full-Time (32.5+ hrs/wk)
• 2023-2024 School Year 
• Caseload: PreK - 12th Grade Aged Students  
  • 1:1 / Small Groups with Medically Fragile Students 
    • Diabetic / Seizure Care
    • Bus Riding Duties 
    • ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
      • Lifting / Transferring
    • Low Cognitive Disabilities

Qualifications:

• CNA Licensure in New York required 
• Associates / Bachelors Degree preferred
• Experience in Schools or with School Aged Students preferred
